My Fresh Press just arrived but it expires soon, is this normal?Updated a month ago

Our Fresh Presses are always produced to give you as long as possible to use them. We aim for the Best Before Date to be at least one month after delivery, although sometimes due to surplus or excess demand, the dates can vary.

We use best-before dates on our Fresh Presses as a guide to help manage stock. Whilst we do suggest using it sooner, as long as the Fresh Press itself is stored in the right conditions (cool, dry place not in direct sunlight) it will be fine to use after it's best before.

The only part of your Pinter Pack that may not remain usable beyond its individual best-before date is the Brewing Yeast. Each yeast sachet has its own best-before date printed on it.

It’s incredibly uncommon for a Pinter Pack to arrive with expired yeast, but if this ever happens, please contact our customer service team.

If the yeast from a Pinter Pack you received more than 1 month ago has expired, we have replacements available on our website here - just make sure you check which Yeast you need by checking the product page for your style on our website here.
