We're so sorry to hear you're missing something from your Pinter Pack! These mistakes are pretty rare, and we of course want to make this right as soon as possible.

Please contact our Customer Care Team and include the information below so we can get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.

• Your name & email address
• Your order number
• A photo of your Pinter Pack
• A description of what you should have received and what exactly is missing.

🔍 Not sure if your Pinter Pack should contain a Hopper?

The easiest way to check is by looking at the product image on our website or in the app when starting a brew. If the brew includes a Hopper, you’ll see a small Hopper bottle to the right of the Fresh Press in the image.

❗ What About Space Hopper?

We know the name can be a little misleading!
The original Space Hopper doesn't include a Hopper – it was developed before we introduced the Hopper accessory. But it’s a community favourite, so we’ve kept the name.

However, Space Hopper West Coast Edition does come with a Hopper.
