The Pinter app is an essential companion to your Pinter system. It guides you through each step of the brewing process, helps you stay on track, and unlocks extra features like brew reviews. The app is available on iOS and Android, and you’ll need to log in to access its features.
📱 Key Features & How It Works
🔄 Brew Tracking
Once you've registered your Pinter(s), you can add the beer style you're brewing and begin the process. If you have more than one Pinter, the app lets you track each brew independently.
🍺 Brew Stages
The brewing flow includes:
Purifying
Brewing
Cold-Crashing (optional)
Conditioning
Tapping
Cleaning
Each stage (except cold-crashing) includes swipe-up guides. You can opt in to push notifications to be reminded when it’s time to move to the next stage.
✏️ Editing or Ending a Brew
To make changes:
Tap Edit after selecting a Pinter.
You can adjust stage durations, but:
You cannot change the beer style mid-brew.
You should not edit earlier stages once they’ve been completed.
To end a brew early, tap Edit > End Brew Early (at the bottom of the screen).
❄️ Cold-Crashing (Optional)
If you choose to cold-crash, this will be tracked in the app—but please note that no instructions are provided for this step, since this is optional. You can find more information on our Help Centre.
⭐ Brew Reviews
Once you finish brewing, you’ll be prompted to review your beer:
Rate it from 1 to 5 stars
Give thumbs up/down on taste, carbonation, appearance, and overall experience
Leave optional notes or feedback

Access support in two ways:
Tap Support at the bottom of the homepage
Tap the question mark icon at the top right when viewing a brew
From there, you can:
Start a chat
Browse the Help Centre
Organise returns or exchanges
Track or manage your orders
🛒 Shop
Use the Shop tab at the bottom to browse and purchase one-off beers.
📦 Subscription Management
Under the Subscription tab, you can:
Change your beer style for future deliveries
Pause upcoming shipments (available on a 4-week cycle)
Note: You must be logged in to access these settings.
