How long does the Fresh Beer last in the Pinter once it's brewed?Updated 10 days ago
Your Fresh Beer will be at its very best for the first 7 days after tapping. After this, it may begin to lose some carbonation, but it will still be safe to drink for up to 30 days as long as your Pinter is kept cold in the fridge.
To keep your brew tasting as fresh as possible, always store your Pinter in the fridge between 1-4°C.
As you pour, the pressure inside the Pinter will naturally decrease and the flow will gradually slow down. When your flow begins to slow or stop, you can then turn the Carbonation Dial to the OFF position to pour. This releases the internal vacuum and lets you enjoy the final pint or so. Please remember to turn this back to the original setting (usually 5) in between pours to maintain freshness.
⚠️ Tip: Don’t turn the Carbonation Dial to OFF before the pour has significantly slowed or stopped, otherwise the pressure will escape and your pours will be affected.
