Yes, your subscription is on a rolling monthly plan and can be paused or cancelled without any fees after your first auto-delivery has been dispatched.

🧾 What Counts as My First Auto-Delivery?

  • Your initial order includes a Pinter and beer packs.

  • Your first auto-delivery is the next order—just beer packs—sent automatically as part of your subscription.


⏸️ Can I Cancel Before My First Auto-Delivery?

Yes, however if you choose to cancel after just your first order, you may be required to pay a hardware fee—this is outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
You’ll need to complete two orders (the initial one with your Pinter, and the first auto-delivery of beer packs) before you can pause or cancel your subscription at no cost.


✅ Once your First Auto-Delivery has shipped, you’ll be able to:

  • Pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months

  • Cancel your subscription any time

  • Change your beer selection for future deliveries

📅 Unless paused or cancelled, your subscription will renew automatically every 4 weeks.


🛠️ How to Pause, Cancel, or Resume

  1. Log into your account

  2. Go to “Your Subscription”

  3. Select “Pause Plan” or “Cancel Plan”

If paused, your subscription will automatically restart after the selected pause period—or you can restart it manually at any time by selecting “Restart Plan”.
