🔒 Pause or Cancel Options Greyed Out?
If the Pause or Cancel buttons for your subscription are greyed out, it’s usually because your first auto-delivery order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
⚠️ Important:
Your initial Pinter purchase and the beer it came with don’t count as your first subscription order. The system won’t allow changes until your first auto-delivery has been sent.
Can I Cancel Before My First Auto-Delivery?
Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time.
However, if you cancel before your first auto-delivery has been dispatched, you may be charged a hardware fee to cover the cost of the Pinter. For this, you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team directly.
